Please take note that any racer wishing to race Category 1 (15-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+, male/female) must have a current USAC annual license.  There are no one-day licenses available for Cat 1.  If the racer is upgrading or racing Cat 1 for the first time, he/she must apply for and receive an approved Category 1 upgrade.  That valid license must be presented at race registration or packet pickup on race weekend for the racer to be allowed to race Cat 1.
